    Hoc Signum Moriaris.
    For Leyla Harrison.

"Here's what I could find" said Cassini.
"During a data search through our intranet I only picked up a few keywords, oddly enough they related to a case 22 years ago that was actually not under our jurisdiction. I'm really putting myself out there doing the search for you. What I found was, strange and beyond bizarre.
"This was what I was able to come up with." said the computer wizard as she munched on her Krispy Kreme doughnut with caramel filling and chocolate icing.
"You should come down here more, I hardly even get a " How are you doing, Cassini? Have you broken webpages on the extra dark web yet?" Cassini sort of pouted as she took a large sip of her scalding hot coffee whilst being barely illuminated by several computer screens which enveloped her.

"We've known each other for six years Sar, this was in no way a light request. You recently moved to New York, you got your own address under your own name now. Trust me, The Bitch Without Borders sees everything.”said the computer wizard as she munched on her Krispy Kreme doughnut with caramel filling and chocolate icing.
"I'm fully aware of what Kiersten sees" said Sartre. "
Just be glad you don't have Geary sending SMS messages, commenting on your missions every day."
    He chuckled.

Kheldian was a word that came up with several other alien races including to quote the website "Watcher files”
Alleged Reptilian inhabitants of the Altair stellar system in the constellation Aquila, in collaboration with a smaller Nordic human element and a collaborative Grey and Terran military presence. Headquarters of a collective known as the "Corporate", which maintains ties with the Ashtar and Draconian collectives .
Similar to the Saurians or Reptiloids, yet being hominoid creatures with reptilian AS WELL AS amphibian-like features and are semi-aquatic in nature. May have once lived on land, yet became more aquatic over the centuries. 'They' have been encountered near swampy regions, rivers, etc., and have been known to attack people without being provoked. It is interesting that some types of Greys AND Reptiloids are believed to be semi-aquatic, having webbed fingers and toes (Draconian). Refer to Black Lagoon Creature

However; as you can guess Sar, I believe the majority of these examples to be hoaxes. It was two other keywords that I found in regards to the case in 1996 that made me call you down here.
I noticed a keyword for the far left ecoterrorist organization “ELF "or Earth Liberation Front,” as well as one for “Star Gazing Party,” which is something college astronomers do. That was when I came across the name of the rogue organization which we don't even deal with. They are second only to the Phoenicians .
"I saw a reference in this file to the organization dubbed....."
    The computer scientist would stammer.
    "Delta Green.........."

    Eugene Oregon 1996:

That was certainly not what Keller was expecting. On this fall evening night fog began to roll around his ankles as he stumbled out of the shabby house, licking the blood from his finger extremely worried.
He was in his 40s and had some pretty eccentric hobbies as he liked to call it. Of course it it started with Dungeons & Dragons when he was a young man in his 20s. But that was then, before the days of professionalism. Keller knew he had a reputation to uphold and was worried that they were probably snapping pictures inside the house and would have the film developed on cheap throwaway cameras. These were college students and teenagers.
Well.......... and in Keller's mind they were probably high school dropouts they had nothing else to do besides play Vampire the Masquerade. And play it extremely real . He began muttering to himself.
"I'm glad I escaped that infantile stuff and landed this new job. More than likely going to need another........ he didn't want to think of the word.
    "HIV test after this debacle."
"Stupid kids, and their stupid fantasies of rebellion...."
As he fumbled with his car keys he looked once again towards the house. Nothing but the sound of a grunge song being pumped through Marshall amplifier speakers and the sounds of youthful revelry. That was something James Keller did not have any more.
He gave it away for capital and success.
He unlocked his car door and reached for the door handle, he immediately had to pull his hand away as the door handle was extremely frigid. As he looked at his hand you notice that for some reason it had turned red from the freezing cold.
He was now nervous more than ever.
Those kids had to be watching him.
    The fog began to rise.
He reached again to open his car door.
It seemed as if it was locked, it was a good thing that the extreme chill had gone away.
He once again tried to unlock his car door.
Just then he noticed something out of the corner of his eye.
His car door was unlocked already.
The lock was sticking in the upward position. This meant that the door should've easily opened.
Being taken aback by this, he once again tried to open the car door but it would still react as if it were locked from the inside. It was at this point that he began to feel as if a light rain was touching his skin and his forehead. He looked up at there was no rain. Only a misty fog that began to rise around him. He began to feel like a grand sense of uneasiness.
That is when he heard it.
    The loud scream.
When he saw it, he would fall to his knees in shock.
A red eyed insect looking bipedal creature was literally floating right above him. It did not make another loud scream. Though as he stood in amazement and in terror at the fog and the unknown being James Keller noticed that whatever this entity was it looked like a moth crossed with a human. He could began to hear the maddening fluttering of its wings.
A grand golden light would surround James Keller.
He didn't even have time to scream.
He did not even have time to scream before the monster simply disappeared along with the golden light on the fog.
James Keller seemed to be perfectly okay. He could barely move from what he had just experienced. He noticed something though. His skin began to massively itch. And he began to fill the trickling of what he thought were raindrops on his arms and hands. As he looked down though the strong odor of copper began to overcome his senses as he realized that his skin was turning red and bleeding and the itching was making its way all the way up to his throat. He knew soon that he would not be able to speak.
He tried to mouth the word "hospital" before running directly into the street and collapsing into a sea of midnight velvet.
