We operator now

Civilian casualty specialist
Reading through logs of Requine plots and my old guild plots has got me thinking about all of the operators the societies have under wraps, and it has me considering moving my main from Templar to the Council of Venice to be able to DM faction-wide plots sans worrying about faction issues. While conflict between the Big3 can be interesting, with the kind of ideas I'm thinking up, it just wouldn't work!

So I'll be clearer, I'm thinking of DM roleplayed, /roll involving plots for operator characters. Special forces doing what special forces do best: CSAR, hostage rescue, information ops aaand then some.

Unfortunately, here on TSW, I don't have things like raid markers like I did in WoW, and there aren't many open areas without mobs, so I'm thinking that this would take place on a website called Rolz. For those of you that aren't familiar with it and want to become acquainted, this is my test room. It's very simple, very straight-forward and I recommend it to people that want to run roll campaigns!

Here's a quick sample of how my roll rules usually work:

STEALTH ROLL. 1: Crit fail. 2-5: The alarm goes off 6-9: FIGHT 10: Struggle 11-14: Kill a guard 15-19: Kill someone and dispose of the body. 20: Heromode.

LITTLE BESSY ROUNDS AROUND. Her rounds are pure Iron Horde: all fire, shrapnel and death. BESSY ROLL. 1: Heavy injury 2-5: Injury 6-9: Dodge 10-13: Save 14-19: Save two 20: Heromode

Something about all of that screaming and the phosphorous raining down on them didn't sit well. They hesitate briefly before one of their commanders bellows at them and reminds them that the cost of cowardice would be worse than dying to what their enemies are ready to dish out. +3 for desperation to all rolls. COMBAT ROUND THREE! 4-9: Injury 9-11: Struggle 12-15: Save or kill two 16-19: Kill four or save 20: Heromode!

Any successful hit roll on an NPC can also be used as a save roll for either a support NPC or one of your PC friends! In my experience, it has spiced up interactions a lot and sprouted more friendships (or even animosity because of that ONE GUY who NEVER saves anybody). On heromode rolls, it's a PM the GM and we can work out how to ruin the world together. For the record, Bessy was a cannon.

The way saving players works is that player A (who is screwed) makes the first post about how they're about to get their butt kicked, and in comes player B with a bullet to the back of the would be butt kicker's skull or a blood shield - something to act as a save.

I look forward to possibly roleplaying with you guys!
