Accidentally deleted my forums

I think I accidentally got rid of my forums, and I'm not sure how to fix it. The button I used to do it is gone, and there's just some text saying, "You must wait 30 days remaining to next update associate forums."

 

[Collapsible Myth]

Changed the time limit so that there is no limit now. It was set as default 30 days, a limit to control groups constantly changing things but it's not really needed here currently.
