I've created two new prefixes that everyone can use in the Support section

Bug: for anything that is broken or isn't working quite right.

Feedback: ideas, complaints, compliments or anything related to the site.

You can selected which one during the thread creation process, where you would put the title you'll see "(No Prefix)" just click in there and you will have your choice of prefixes to use.
