Felicity "Feleth" Pilton

Feleth operates as an intelligence agents for the Illuminati, operating under the aegis of a Ministry set up by the Pyramidian known as "Panopticon". Ordinarily she is responsible for keeping tabs on other Secret Worlders, and maintaining surveillance on targets that the Eyes technological wonders cannot penetrate.

Currently she is stationed at the Jigoku-no-Yu bathhouse in Kaidan acting to co-ordinate intelligence gathering between Illuminati and House-in-Exile agents, as technological means of surveillance have been shown to be susceptible to the Black Signal.
