When uploading a profile cover it would help the users to tell them the right dimensions as well as max. file size. Same should be stated if the pic that's uploaded is too big. At the moment it only says

The Lower World - Error
File size to large 145 KB

what could mean the pic only should have 145 or that it had 145 KB and that's to big. It is the first.

The profile cover art is set at 300px high and the max file size is now at 200kb. I'll be sure to get some more info and how to's up in the near future to help everyone get started. :)
