PROJECT PHALANX​

The PHALANX Project is a Council funded effort to create alternatives and advancements to the filth fighting AEGIS technology. It existed in files only until just recently, when out of the blue a Mr. Darius Powell, a high ranking member of the Council of Venice provided the funding to push it through. Nickoli Vandask came up with the plan, and will be utilizing his co-owned company Dreamcatcher Laboratories to get the task done. But it is more than just a single company can handle, which is why they are asking other companies to help in their endeavors.
