Here's how you get started, Agents...
The Venetian head in the city is Kay Lawes, a former Templar. She has two investigative forensic experts with her. Checking in may be a good way to investigate the crises.
DJ Lipstix is a DJ at a local bar and club called The Alleycat. She’s no one special - but our sources indicate she’s friends with everyone who is. Talk with her, and she’ll be able to point you in the right direction. Make sure you order a drink, though. She’ll be markedly hostile if you don’t.
A former dealer in the city, Keith Jackson insists he's trying to go straight. To that end, he has knowledge that he wants the Council to know - but he insists that someone meet him in person.
Of course, Howard Preece, the Boss of the afflicted Districts, is keeping his office door open.
There's an independent investigator, Miriam Zielinski-Barringer - she's insistent we call her a Girl Detective, for some reason. She's left a broadcast.
