Hannibal Symes has been remarkably quiet since the death of Savoy, though rumors fly that he is quietly backing a peaceful transition of power from behind the scenes.

As things pull towards a climax, he sets aside some time to pay Halette Narcisse and her archives a visit.

After the raid on the Healing House, Astrid's faith in the Templars as a whole is at an all-time low, and she simply waits at the Venice people's operations to stick near Russell, who actually communicates with her. She says little, and seems only focused on anything to do with ending the issue so she can leave Paris.

Once matters with Victoire Sampene and Yasmeen Issawi have been resolved, Russell would have a long chat with the local senior Venetian official, to discuss the viability of implementing a ruling Council for Paris (or at least an advisory council for the Templar administrator, one with teeth), with representation from all the relevant parties. If it is something that is a real possibility, he would start contacting the relevant parties and sounding them out on the idea (leaving enough wiggle room for negotiation).

He would also keep in close contact with Astrid, trying to raise her spirits in the aftermath of the Healing House raid.
