Have opened the credits ability to everyone to use. This is just a small fun thing that everyone can use. You don't have to do a thing as PAX is automatically awarded to you by many methods. One of them is posting within threads or by simply logging in.
Previously only a very few had the ability to see and use it. You will see a new option next to your name in the upper right 'Wallet'. This is where you can view the amount of collected PAX you have, along with any transactions you have made. You can also transfer a portion or all of your PAX to another member to use. Another option is to visit the shop.
In the shop you will find a few items to purchase with earned PAX. Currently there isn't much there at the moment but, in time will be adding some items. If you have any ideas of what could be added, let us know by opening a thread in the Support section.
