When looking over the lore in what exactly happened in Tokyo that caused it to become walled off from the rest of the world to recently when the Council of Venice finally opened a path, there isn't much to go off of when things happened.
So, I'm going to be undertaking the task in trying to gather information in dates of when certain events happened. This will, I hope, help others in trying to work out character orgins, backstory and history. What I'll need is some help in combing through the collected lore. I know there are many lore experts out there and I would love to pick their brains in this massive undertaking.
