Lore Expanded (Non-Canon) Phoenician Lore

Hey folks, I've been working on expanding some lore for Phoenician characters, mostly drawing from ancient Carthaginian systems of law and governance, as well as hints in the existing lore about Phoenicians valuing what you can do over who you are. I'm open to suggestions, comments, criticisms, etc as always.
