Also, question, I've got a fate dice roller on my phone. BUT it goes up to +3. Is this normal?

Thought fate rolls could range from -4 to +4? since it's 4d3, with +, -, and nill instead of 1, 2, or 3.
So, you could just use any regular dicebot, roll 4d6, and count all 5-6 as +, 3-4 as nil, 1-2 as minus. *shrug*
