While Raithe will not take contract on children, should one get in the way, they are not predisposed to mucking up the whole job over the life of a child.

Specializing most primarily in false flag operations and wet work ops, Raithe is not one to be the #1 go-to for information-seeking, though one of the number of contacts they have at their disposal might be. Should one hire Raithe for an information-based job, it is likely that it is simply passed off to a colleague that specializes in the matter.

Curiously, Raithe is also available for body-guard and security work either as a shadow or as someone that will be with the person in question 24/7.


Known information:

Though a neutral free-agent at and by large, the agent most would know simply under the handle of “Seercull” has a tendency to prefer and favor Phoenician contracts over those offered by other factions. Should the hired hit be offered the same contract by other factions, the Phoenician one would be favored, even if it were to be the less profitable option.

Details of contacts are rarely discussed; the finer points of the assassination or information gathering are seldom offered to the client due to their lack of expertise in the matter. Nonetheless, should one ask, they would not be opposed to it.

Faction files on the subject of the wet-worker “Seercull” are diverse and largely non-conclusive. The name Raithe Redpath appears to be blatantly fake, as there are no official records attached to it, though it is suspected of carrying some kind of obscure meaning. What other fake names the agent has used have not been documented as of yet.

Rumors:

• Suspected of being some kind of shapeshifter, or highly skilled in illusions and glamours. Seercull’s constant of appearances is their height; a solid 6’1”. Presumably, this could cripple them to change - thus the deduction of shapeshifting.
• Supposedly has some kind of heavy military background and used to work with Blackwater.
• Driven by cocaine and performance drugs to be able to shoulder the work-load.
• May or may not be a member of the Illuminati.
