Sub Account Email Trouble

I am trying to change the emails on my sub accounts, but it requires a password. But I can't choose a password. I have to have one sent to me. And the reason I want to change them is I don't have access to some of them anymore.

I did have the password to sent to one of them, but it hasn't gone through.

Is there anything I can do in this situation?

Typically with sub-accounts you don't need to enter an email or even use a password. The sub-accounts use your main account information. You use the login as character option in the upper menu bar to switch accounts.

I can make the changes necessary to the accounts. Just let me know which one(s).
