Has come to my attention in that logging into a newly created sub-accounts causes you to be completely logged out. Any new sub-accounts created after the mid point of August seem to be the only ones affected by this.

I'm working on a solution in bringing this bug to justice.

This issue has now been successfully smashed :D Any newly created accounts can once again be used.
