ON THE PARISIAN CRISIS

Agents in Paris. We'll make this quick, considering the circumstances. You've successfully solved the Parisian crisis - but we must endeavor to ensure such a thing never happens again.
The Archon Nicodemus is still in Paris - and he will remain in Paris for the foreseeable future. His phylactery - a heavy rosewood rosary - has been found and transferred into the custody of Ruby Reault and Blanche Gaubert, also known as the leaders of the Coven of Paris, Red and White.
Nicodemus's public face, the woman known as Melanie, has also been captured by Venice.
Furthermore, agents have suppressed the relics underground that were causing Nicodemus and his minions to become enhanced and strengthened. Research has shown that there are parts of the Parisian underground built on ancient magical leylines. By luring Nicodemus onto one of these leylines, he will be at his most vulnerable.
Agents, you hold all of the cards. Knight-Captain Havelock will be working with you to help plan, coordinate, and strike against Nicodemus.

Now that the crisis is over, the Council of Venice is asking for all agents in the city to convene and submit a recommendation on how they feel Paris should be governed in the mean time. A quick re-briefer on the candidates:
Red and White, the two witches who head the Coven of Paris. They have been working with the Old Guard for centuries now, and are considered the 'safe' pick politically - although agents may have mixed opinions on their war-like tendencies.
Landers Brausser, the boy who is eternally eight years old. Despite being stuck in a... less than neurologically and chemically ideal body, the boy is a genius at administrative dealings and has created a strong infrastructure for Paris's Secret World government.
Gertrude Laroux, the former exile who was only welcomed back into the Templar Order with Savoy's death. She's spent the last few years protecting the weak and exiled in Paris's underground. She's New Blood to the core, and the question remains as to whether she can handle the pressure of running Paris.
Brittany Duval, the former Enforcer of Paris. She's currently in medical care after barely surviving possession by a Strix. She seems to be a firm minded, intelligent woman - but how has the Strix changed her?
Halette Narcisse, the Witch Doctor of Paris. She has spent countless hours healing the sick and protecting the weak of Paris. However, her fixation on science make it questionable as to whether she can be given responsibility over the living, or should be left to work with just the dead and dying.
There will be a Venetian discussion on the matter of Paris's future leadership. All agents in good standing with Venice are welcome.
